An interesting way to sync config between users

I often see requests trying to find the best way to sync SecureCRT config file between different users within a corporation. I ran across something the other day that may help you.

Check out: http://labs.bittorrent.com/experiments/sync.html

In short, you can designate a folder (or multiple folders) to sync. You create a hash key and anyone else that uses the same hash key will sync with you.

It takes the dependency on your local servers out of the equation, works behind NAT, transfers are peer-2-peer, and is heavily encrypted.

... perhaps down the road SecureCRT may have something like this built in natively .
