Partial File Transfer?

Hi Vandyke Folks -

We're running SecureFX 7.2.3 on Windows 2008 R2 (x64)

I have an internal user that is telling me we're not picking up their entire remote file. The script uses a wildcard to retrieve the appropriate files (.csv).

When I investigated the transfer log, I found the following:
2015-05-18 13:00:02, 00001: Transfer(00000001): 159.8 KB (of 5.63 MB) transferred in 0.25 seconds (640.04 KB/s).

The log reports a successful transfer with no errors.

Thoughts on this?

Thanks!

Hi BobW,

I do have thoughts. Please send a complete log file to support@vandyk.com with a subject of Attn: Todd - Forum thread #11973.

My guess is that this is a known issue that is scheduled for further investigation, but the log will confirm or deny this suspicion.

Hi All,

This issue was confirmed to be a known issue, but it is not clear whether it is an issue with SecureFX or the server.

If anyone else is seeing a partial upload issue, please send the requested log file to us using the information previously posted so we can determine if your issue is the same.

We will post to this thread when we have a fix for the specific issue that BobW is seeing, or more information that indicates that this is not an issue with SecureFX.
