Orphan Tray help

I have a list of Orphan Trays most of which are bad scans. Instead of a BH000090 the scanner picked up BH00H.Z. Is there away to get rid of mistakes like this one?

Hi George,

What version?

What OS is it installed on?

Please elaborate on the issue you are facing as it relates to SecureCRT. I do not know what you mean by bad scans and orphan trays.

Hi George,

SecureCRT is just the tool that connects you to the remote machine where this application runs. It does not know anything about the functionality of that application (nor do I).

You will need to contact the admin of the remote system (and/or application that you are accessing on that remote system) for assistance.
