What version are you using?

We added support for "SHA2 MACs" in version 7.2:

New features:

• SSH2: Added support for SHA-2 MAC algorithms.

If using version 7.2 or later, it's likely you just need to enable them in the Connection / SSH2 / Advanced category of Session Options.

And support for diffie-hellman-group-exchange-sha256 was added in v7.3.x:

That would be in the Connection / SSH2 category of Session Options.
