Common Credential

Now that you have RDP support, it would be nice to have an option to store a domain credential once and have it referenced in multiple sessions. When you change you domain password, then you would only have to update it in one place vs each session.

Thanks,
Loren

Hi Loren,

I've added the information in this post to feature request for SecureCRT to support a credential substitution database.

We'll post notification on this thread should such an option ever be implemented.

If you prefer direct email notification, send an email to support@vandyke.com and include Feature Request - Forum Thread #14456 in the subject line or use this form from the support page of our website.

In the meantime, there is a way to change the credentials of multiple sessions at the same time. This tip shows you how to do so.
