Hello VanDyke-Team,
we have a problem with the 64bit Version of SecureCRT. We have a notebook HP Elitebook 1040 G1 with Windows 7 64bit. On this Notebook is SecureCRT 64bit Version 7.3.5 installed. Everytime I try to open a Session, the program chrashes. We have other Notebooks with SecureCRT 64bit Version 7.3.5 installed and there it works fine. So we took the 32bit Version and then it worked. But that's not the goal. Can you tell us why the 64bit Version won't work? Thank you Kind regards Robin |

Hi Robin,
Are you being notified a crash dump file has been created? If so, we would need to take this conversation out of the public forum and arrange for you to upload the crash dump file to us so our development team can investigate. Please send email to support@vandyke.com and include "Attn Brenda - Forum Thread #12157" in the subject line. If a crash dump file is not being generated, it is most likely an issue that has previously been discussed in the forums in this thread.
