Session freezing

Since last week (aka since the February windows update) - on my Windows7 64bit PC, I've had 2 SecureCRT sessions freeze on me.
The SecureCRT app itself is still responsive, I can switch to other SecureCRT tabs and they are working fine. In one instance, I already had 2 sessions to the same server; 1 of them froze and the other one was OK.
The "frozen" session does not respond to any keyboard or mouse input, including the mouse scroll wheel (which is configured to scroll back through the buffer)
Any ideas? Anyone else having similar trouble?

What version of SecureCRT are you using?

Troubleshooting this may involve providing sensitive data, so I would like to take it out of the public forums.
