Error E0000016

I've got a user that when they are downloading some files, it will generate an error Secure FX: Error "Unknown application error: E0000016" when try to download a file from an extract folder. Any ideas? I haven't had a chance to look at the machine directly yet, just hoping someone has seen this and knows a solution.

Hi JParris,

Thanks for the question. Would you send a log file of the failing connection to support@vandyke.com with a subject of Attn: Todd - forum thread 6492?

You can configure SecureFX to log a connection in the File Transfer / Options / Advanced category of the Global Options Dialog.

Would you also provide more detail surrounding the issue? What is an extract folder? Does this differ in some way from a regular folder?
