Crl+Alt not working

My Ctrl+Alt work sometimes but don't at other times. I think the bug was fixed in the version I'm running but I still face it 50% of the times. What's causing this? Is it that difficult to fix?

I'm not certain that I completely understand what is happening.

Are you referring to 'Ctrl' + 'Tab' to switch between tabs?

If not, what behavior is expected when 'Ctrl' + 'Alt' is pressed?

You mentioned that it is working sometime but not others.

Could you tell me more about when it works and when it doesn't work?
