Check to see that cache directory specified exists" until last week I could open the file, but today i see this issue and i dont know how to fix it.. for now i am first downloading the file to my local computer and opening it in notepad++... the file itself small in size (only KBs). highly appreciated Any help on this issue.. thanks. |

Hi skarthi146,
I'm sorry you're having trouble. To check to see that cache directory specified exists please navigate to Options > Global Options > File Transfer > Options. Here you will find the path to the configured Cache directory. The default path is: Code:
C:\Users\<YourUserName>\AppData\Local\Temp
