Post config the color scheme???

HI,VANDYKE Support

I want to the send commands display a color and the echo information display
another color,is there such a function?

And I hope some of the echo information can bold or highlight dispaly,how can I do?

PS:the bold or highlight information are some of the variable strings,for example:
mac address:00:0e:5e:00:00:00---00:0e:5e:00:00:ff

Hi xujunmao,

This functionality is not currently supported in SecureCRT.

SecureCRT does not actually know the commands that are typed, that display is echoed by the remote to SecureCRT's terminal window.

I have added this thread to a feature request in our development database for the ability to display input in a different color than output. Should a future release of SecureCRT include this feature, notification will be posted here.

If you prefer direct e-mail notification, contact support@vandyke.com and include "Feature Request - Forum Thread #7474" in the subject line.

thanks bgagnon

but can I make the strings of selected(or area) highlight/other_color display?

Part of the script:

Dim screenrow, str, return
screenrow=crt.screen.CurrentRow
str = crt.Screen.Get2(screenrow-13, 1, screenrow-7, 80)
return = StrComp(str, ShowVersionValue, 1)
If return <> 0 Then
MsgBox ErrorMessage_ConfigErr
Config_L1_CheckVer_Com
Exit Sub
End If

Hi xujunmao,

Also not currently supported, but this would be addressed by a different feature request.

I have added this thread to a feature request in our development database for the ability to change/access the color scheme or color attributes from a script. Should a future release of SecureCRT include this feature, notification will be posted here.

If you prefer direct e-mail notification, contact support@vandyke.com and include "Feature Request - Forum Thread #7474" in the subject line.
