Hello softy,

It sounds like you are wanting the ability to record and edit macros. Could you provide an example of what you would like to do?

You can try:http://www.wrq.com/servlets/com.WRQ....&temp=evaltype
Download Reflection for UNIX and OpenVMS
"Macro" Menu
But SecureCRT is small, fast,I like it.

Thanks softy,

I'll add your request to our feature request database and let our product manager know you would like the ability to be able to add and edit macros. If we add this capability in the future and you would like for us to notify you be e-mail, please send a note to support@vandyke.com and reference forum thread 1344.

I wanted to let you know that a script recorder has been added to SecureCRT 5.5, which is in pre-beta testing. The beta is planned for next week. If you'd like to try it in the meantime, please send an e-mail to me at Maureen.Jett@vandyke.com.

Regards,
Maureen
