Problem with connection and public key.

We have been using vshell for a good while now without issues. After a recent server reboot (Windows Server 2008 R2 64bit) a connection that uses a public key and was working fine no longer works.

The logs are below. We are using version 308.6 (x64 build 476) of vshell. Would appreciate any insight.

[redacted log file]

Hi rutledj,

Thanks for the post. VShell log files contain IP addresses, usernames and other sensitive information not appropriate for a public forum. Please send log files to support@vandyke.com.

With that said, the log file does appear to indicate that there is a problem retrieving the user account information. You may consider taking a look at the Windows event logs to see what problem might exist. If this is a domain account you may also consider looking at the relationship between the machine where VShell is installed and the domain controller.
