New SFTP Setup Question
Hi,
Trying to setup a new SFTP server using VShell 4.4 and running into an issue. It's a new install and I am new to VShell, so I am certain that I am missing something obvious. Being a sold user of SecureCRT for years, it seemed logical to me to go with VShell also. So I've setup the user (from on-prem AD), and permissions (logon and SFTP) and the virtual root folder and the user's permission to it. At this point, testing it and am getting the following error from my FileZilla client: Received unexpected end-of-file from SFTP serverWhat am I missing? Thanks. |

Hi jmuirhead,
I would like to take a look at the VShell debug log of your SFTP attempt with FileZilla. Can you please enable both the "Debug" and "LSA authentication module" options in the "Log file messages" list found in the "Logging" category of the VShell control panel? Once you have enabled the specified options please re-attempt your SFTP transfer with VShell. Please send the resulting log as an attachment to an email to support@vandyke.com with, "ATTN: Brittney, Forum Thread #13557", in the subject field.
