TFTP Server Issues

I have been researching this but havent found the actual resolution to the problem. When I run TFTP with the built in version to OSX, I can transfer so I know this is specific to SecureCRT. I verify the port is bound with IPv4&6 but still get the errors below. I just downloaded and installed the latest version of SecureCRT as well. I am currently running OSX 10.12.4

Fri Sep 29 11:18:36 2017,53528,[::ffff:172.31.5.1]:58156,Error writing data to transfer socket: Invalid argument
Fri Sep 29 11:18:36 2017,53528,[::ffff:172.31.5.1]:58156,Transfer of cat4500e-entservicesk9-mz.152-2.E6.bin from [::ffff:172.31.5.1]:58156 failed, partially received file has been deleted.

Verifying the port is listening:
netstat -na |grep \*.69
udp46 0 0 *.69 *.*

Hi numbers1thru9,

I'm sorry you're having trouble.

When you say you downloaded the latest version of SecureCRT do you mean 8.1.4 or the Beta 8.3?

There have been some enhancements to the TFTP server in 8.3

Bug Fixes
- TFTP transfers failed when an IPv6 address was used for the remote system (macOS Sierra uses IPv6 addresses by default.)

You can download version 8.3 here.

Does the problem persist if you download and install the Beta?

This was the latest production release when I go to the download section. I have not downloaded the beta version but may give it a try and respond back.

Hi numbers1thru9,

I'd be interested in hearing your results if you do get a chance to give it a try.

Have a great rest of the day.
