Ctrl-C - Mapped Key to send this string

I cannot live without ctrl-c to copy, but when I type "show int eth 1/1 realtime" I have to enter ctrl-c to exit realtime.

Is there a way I can map a key to send ctrl-c? Otherwise I have to go into options and remove the check mark Use Windows copy and paste hotkeys.

Thanks,
Brandon

Hi Brandon,

Thanks for the question. You could map Ctrl+Shift+C to send "\003". Here is information for mapping a key in SecureCRT:
  1. Press the Map a Key... button in the Terminal / Emulation / Mapped Keys category of the Session Options Dialog.
  2. Press the key/key combination to map.
  3. In the Send String input box, enter \003 and press OK.
You can map this to all existing sessions using Ctrl+Left-click in the Connect dialog, Right-clicking on a session and selecting Properties from the context menu. Then follow the steps above.

Does this help you work around the issue?
