Print Setup button
The Print Setup button does not bring up any dialog as expected.

What devices do you see in Devices and Printers (Windows Start menu / Devices and Printers)?
Which operating system are you running? Can you send your Global.ini file to support@vandyke.com with subject Forum Thread 10633?
