Question Connection history available?

Question: Is there any desktop connection history that can be enabled?

I make connections to 200+ different devices from my desktop via SecureCRT; in a typical day I might connect to 5 to 20 of them.

Here is my situation: I worked on 5 different systems yesterday, and today I cannot remember what ones they were... I'd like to be able to look at a logfile, or a "history pulldown" from the main SecureCRT screen to jog my memory and aid me in remembering what systems to reconnect to.

Potential feature: If the history were in a pulldown (the last "n" connections would be a count settable by a parameter somewhere), then I could simply click on the item in the pulldown to start a new connection to that system.

Hi Lee,

I think that this feature already exists. In the File menu, you can see a list of recent sessions at the bottom of the menu. The default is set to 4, but can be increased using the Recently used session list: <4> option located in the General category of the Global Options dialog.

Does this help?

Yes, it helps perfectly!

Somehow, mine was set to limit=0, so I just didn't see any history. I have now set the limit=9 (the max), and that will do just fine for me.
