SecureCRT window resizing when connecting to the first session/tab

Hi,

I am currently evaluating SecureCRT but I am annoyed by something. When I start the app, I will often dock it to the side of the screen and when I establish my first session the window resizes. If the app is in full screen mode there is no problem, but if it is in windowed mode it always resizes on the first connect

Do you have any suggestion?

I believe you are already working on this issue with Jake.

The workaround for now will be to enable Scale the font in the Terminal / Emulation category of Session Options. This may cause your fonts to appear compressed so you might need to manually adjust rows/columns.

I have submitted this behavior for investigation by the development team. Should progress be made toward a resolution, or further information be requested, I will post in this thread (and you will likely be notified via email in the thread you have with Jake).

I have also added this thread to a feature request in our product enhancement database to add another resize option (essentially sync size to view). Should a future release of SecureCRT include this feature, notification will be posted here.
