RealPath failed (0xe1110001): Folder not found:

When using either the SecureFX application or when scripting I get this error. "RealPath failed (0xe1110001): Folder not found:"

The folder exists and I can navigate using FileZilla.

Thanks in advance!

Matthew.

ERROR: RealPath failed (0xe1110001): Folder not found

I'm having an issue navigating to the folders on a sftp site. I can do so without any issues in FileZilla. Anything here state why I receive this error?

Hello Matthew,

Could you provide a complete log from SecureFX?

Also a log from SFXCL?
NOTICE: The requested troubleshooting data may include sensitive information (usernames, passwords, publicly-accessible host names or IP addresses, etc.).

Please redact sensitive information that would not be appropriate for email communication prior to sending the requested information.

If there is sensitive information that must be conveyed in order to provide a complete picture of the scenario you're facing, please let us know and we will set up a secure upload mechanism that can be used.

Please attach those logs to an email to support@vandyke.com and include "Attn Brenda - Forum Thread #11705".

Would you also attach screenshots (with any sensitive data redacted) that shows the remote filesystem (ie: where you land when you connect with SecureFX and the "/Soarian/Prod" directories)?

Email sent. I'm not sure where the SFXCL log might be.

Stated that in the email.

Thanks for the quick replies!

Hi Matthew,

Sorry, by "scripting" I thought you were including the log option in your SFXCL command-line. Maybe you copied/pasted from the terminal window.

You can add /Log "SomeLogLocation\SomeLogFileName" to the SFXCL command line to log to a file.

Thanks Matthew, You are Quite Welcome!

To anyone else who might come across this post that believes they are experiencing a similar issue ...

It was found to be caused by a Lock user to home folder config option server-side. The other client was using shell commands to navigate the file system while SecureFX uses the commands outlined in the SFTP draft.

For verification you are experiencing this specific issue, please contact support@vandyke.com.
