XMODEM errors over SecureCRT 8.5.2 nor 6.1.4

I have a problem to transfer a file by XMODEM on a TAPI connection. As a reference, this same kind of transfer, to the same box and from the same desktop but with HostExplorer, works fluidly. I tried to configure both emulators the same way, SecureCRT always returns the same error. The process always starts with 4 errors, then the transfer is done. Finally I have a message "ECORD ABORTED". By way of comparison, the files transferred by the two emulators are identical. On the screen, HostExplorer even displays the EOF report which tell us everything worked correctly.

================================================
With SecureCRT:
? REC
*** L3 Record Command ***
STAND BY
READY? Y
Start your XMODEM receive Now.

Starting xmodem transfer. Press Ctrl + C to cancel.
Transferring C: \ Users \ san1 \ Downloads \ bu1, errors 4 ...
3 KB 184 bytes / sec 00:00:18 4 Errors

Hi Richard,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. To get a better idea of what is happening I would like to review a SecureCRT log of the connection/transfer attempt.

PLEASE DO NOT ATTACH LOG FILES DIRECTLY IN THE FORUMS.

Can you take these steps and send me the resulting log file for analysis?

Watch SecureCRT debug logging video.

- Launch SecureCRT and open SecureCRT's main "File" menu and select the "Trace Options" menu item.

- Open the "File" menu again and choose "Log Session..."
--> Specify a path to your Desktop folder and a name of the log file, such as SCRT_Log.txt.

- Now attempt your connection/transfer again.

- When the transfer fails, open SecureCRT's "File" menu and look at the "Log Session" menu item. If it has a check-mark next to it, click on it to turn off logging.

- Go to your Desktop folder and locate the SCRT_Log.txt file. Please send the SCRT_Log.txt file to me via email. Please send the email to Support@VanDyke.com with "ATTN: Eric Forum Post 13324" in the subject line. Please attach the file, do not copy/paste it directly into the email.
