Feature Request: Dynamic tile arrangement/resizing
In iTerm2 or Mac, one can create additional windows within a window (SCRT: Tiles) and move them around within the confines of the main window causing other tiles to rearranged and resize as required.
Example: When two tiles overlap, iTerm dynamically overlays a potential position of the new tile, as well as how the tile beneath will be resized. When a tile is dropped on one of the potential positions, it is intelligently snapped and the tiles near or around are resized accordingly. Dynamic tile arrangement does not imply all tiles in the window will be rearranged. See linked video for examples (too big to upload, and I don't think your forum supports .mov attachments). https://www.icloud.com/sharedalbum/#B13JEsNWnJETTEA |

Hi jlixfield,
Thanks for the video. Neat! I have created a feature request on your behalf in our product enhancement database to add dynamic tiling like iTerm2 (with preview). Should a future release of SecureCRT include this feature, notification will be posted here. If you prefer direct email notification, send an email to support@vandyke.com and include "Feature Request - Forum Thread #13365" in the subject line or use this form from the support page of our website.
