Connecting and Tabs

I have a script that spawns X tabs and does things concurrently in each tab.

It's easy to start the connection and open the tab initially but to connect to something else within the same tab I've only been able to get it to work by using the following

set obj = crt.getTab(x)
obj.Activate
obj.Session.Connect

Without the activate, the obj.Session.Connect doesn't use the correct tab. Is there anyway to get around using Activate? I'm paranoid that my script is going to step on itself if I use Activate.

Hi powerkor,

Thanks for the question. It seems like I don't have enough of the picture to understand your concern or the problem you are trying to solve.

What version of SecureCRT are you using?

It is not possible to connect to something else in a connected tab. Please provide more details as to how your script works, and what you are trying to accomplish.

Would you post the script you are using?
