SecureCRT Centos 8 (and Fedora 29+) Midnight Commander mouse problem

Hello.

When I'm trying to click any mouse buttons in Midnight Commander in Centos 8, there is random characters appear in bottom shell line, like I'm typing it. Same if I hold any mouse buttons and move the mouse.

I've tried PuTTY and it works ok.

Connecting from Windows 10 to Centos 8, SecureCRT version is 8.7.0 (x64 build 2143)

Hi Raifeg,

I am not sure if you were the one that emailed us also, but the developers have been investigating and they have a fix in a pre-release build. They are in the process of backporting the fix to v8.7.

Please send an email to support@vandyke.com and include Attn Brenda - Forum Thread #14094 in the subject line. Be sure to include the email address associated with your download account as that is the mechanism used to make pre-release builds available.

Hi Raifeg,

The developers believe they have resolved this issue in a pre-release build.

Please contact support@vandyke.com. Please include Bug Fix - Forum Thread #14094 in the subject line.

If not writing us from the email address associated with your download account, please include that info in the body of the email as this is the mechanism we use to make pre-release builds available.
