Focus to session manager instead of server window

I think I've found a UI bug in SecureCRT 8 beta.
  1. In the windows task bar I right click the SecureCRT icon, and click Connect
  2. In the Connect dialog I choose one of the servers in the folder structure
  3. A new SecureCRT window appears and I start typing to the shell on the server (say 'ls'), or so I think.
  4. My keyboard entry is however going to the Session Manager that appeared alongside. The current session jumps wildly to sessions whose names start with the last letter I typed.

I find this behavior confusing, since I already selected a session in the connect dialog. After that I expect to be typing in that session.

I'm using SecureCRT 8.0.0 (x64 build 1010) beta of feb 9 on Windows 10 64 bit.

Our developers have a version of SecureCRT that they
believes resolves the issue you are experiencing. Please
send a message to support@vandyke.com referencing this forum
thread so that I can make it available to you for download
from our website.
