Hello mekanik.
I think you already know about pretty much all of the keyboard accelerators. The Alt+O that you are referring to is something that is specific to the ZModem dialog. The following is a list of keyboard accelerators that are listed in the SecureCRT Help: · CTRL+TAB takes you through multiple SecureCRT session tabs. · CTRL+SHIFT+TAB cycles backwards through the sessions. · CTRL+F4 closes the active tab. · ALT+1 (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, & 0) allows you to jump directly to one of the first ten tabs. · ALT+B opens the Connect in Tab dialog. · ALT+C opens the Connect dialog. · ALT+G switches the focus between the chat window and the active session. · ALT+P opens an SFTP tab using the active tab's session. · ALT+Q opens the Quick Connect dialog There is also more information about shortcut keys in the SecureCRT Help. You can find the information above, as well as some other information about mapping keys by searching for "Keyboard Accelerators" in the SecureCRT Help. Were you looking for a shortcut for something specific? Thanks JJH |

Hi mekanik.
No problem. Those are the only ones I can think of anyway. If it turns out that you are looking for something specific, feel free to ask us. If something doesn't already exist, we may be able to help you. JJH |

Is there a hotkey for disconnecting a session? Or reconnecting?

Hi metallicat,
What version of SecureCRT are you using? On what OS? In the Windows version, Enter is the accelerator for Reconnect (as shown next to Reconnect in the File menu). There is not a built-in accelerator for Disconnect, but you can map a key (or button) to perform almost any menu function:
To make this change to many or all sessions, see these tips on our website: https://www.vandyke.com/support/tips/defaultset.htmlSince you would be making a change that affects many sessions, the recommendation is to export your config as a backup as a best practice. That can be done (version 7.3.x and later) from the Tools menu (Export Settings), you would just specify an XML file where the info should be exported.
