I use the mc based application that directly send pseudographics to COM port use VT1xx emulation. In the Microsoft hypertrm it appears to be ok, but in secuteCRT i see, for example "M" instead of horizontal double frame. I tried to make all possible changes in configuration, but nothing. What wrong? In both applications i use Terminal font. (Microsoft hypertrm is not applicable for me because it not emulate cursor switch off)) Forecast thank`s and kindly awaiting for you help.

Hi Shumaher,
I'm sorry you're having trouble. It sounds like this may be related to character encoding. I would like to see if using UTF-8 character encoding helps correct the behavior you're seeing. Please navigate to Options > Session Options > Appearance, in the Character encoding drop down box please select UTF-8. After making, and saving, this change please disconnect and reconnect to your session. Does the behavior you're seeing improve?

Hi Shumaher,
I'm sorry to hear that didn't correct the issue for you. To get a better idea of what is happening I will need some additional information. Can you provide screenshots of the issue and log of the connection? PLEASE DO NOT ATTACH SCREENSHOTS AND LOGS TO YOUR FORUM POST. Please send the screenshots and log file to Support@VanDyke.com with "Attn Eric Forum Post 13299" in the subject line. To create the log: 1) Before connecting to the session choose the RAW LOG SESSION option found in the main File drop down menu. Please attach the log to the email for review, do not paste it directly into the email, please ATTACH it.
