It is difficult to troubleshoot the issue from the provided information.

What version of SecureCRT are you using?

I assume you are running an example script provided by us to import the Putty database, is that correct?

If so, please include the URL where you found the example script.

Did you make any changes to the script?

I can assist better by seeing *your version of the script* (if it has changed), which would mean taking it out of the public forum.

Please contact and include "Attn Brenda - Forum Thread #11878" in the subject line (and attach a copy of the script).
