We have had years of great success using VShell in a load balanced farm environment with home directories on a cluster resource. Previously all systems were Windows 2003. Naturally we are making the transition up in operating systems and building a Server 2008 VShell farm. Everything works except for logging in with public-key. We had followed all of the steps for Kerberos Protocol Transition as outlined at
https://www.vandyke.com/products/vsh...Transition.htm (registry key on each VShell server set and each server granted delegation for cifs to the server hosting the home directories), just as we have on our previous farms. The only difference is the operating system of our VShell servers. Were changes made to how KPT works in 2008 R2?
