Interesting test (partially working)

Almost got it working.

In the session options for SSH2, if I supply username and then comment out the lines for login, it works, But only for SSH2, not working for telnet because telnet expects...

Failing at specific line.

Yes cancelled enabled. Line 157 is where it is failing.
The script was too long when I posted so I had to take out comments.
Line 157 equates to varHost = match.submatches(0)

When using SSH2, I have tried a SIMPLE automated login script, as you suggested, that just uses the user/password and expect/send values in the 'login actions' section. This failed, it just hangs...

Maureen, I have secure CRT 6.1.1. You mention it is possible to create an automated SSH2 login script. Can you provide an example of a script that would allow the SS2 to automate the login?

I want to keep the main window title bar the same and not change.
The tab names will change based to the hostname of the session I am connecting to.
