.mnu not valid Win32 Application
 
I have built several custom menus that I use in SecureCRT6.2.3 (build 313). I recently had to replace my hard drive and had to reload SecureCRT. However, my .mnu files are no longer associated with SecureCRT and I'm not able to open/edit them unless I change the file extension to .txt. When I attempt to open the file I get an error, "*.mnu is not a valid Win32 application".

Hi Knoxville_NSE,

SecureCRT is not associated at the file system level with .mnu files, but it does have the ability to use them. Additionally, SecureCRT is not used to edit .mnu files.

This question would be more appropriately directed to Microsoft (maker of Windows) or the maker of the file editor that you want to use to edit the .mnu files.
